2nd day today, I was doing so good, but then the evening comes, the time my desires, cravings get worst. I had nachos, and I have no idea how many points that might be, but still... And I'm still craving, I'm hungry!! Since fruit, like mandarines, oranges or grapes don't really does it for me, do you, my dear reader have any idea what might seddle my evening hunger?
Also, I heard that one should drink a big glass of water before eating, so I do that. I eat alot of fruits too, and vegtables, I try to replace the weekend-snacks with that also. I don't want to go to extremes but I absolutely need something to help me through the nights.
I have to say that I thought it would be worse for me, you know, I thought I'd have to changes my diet and all. But that wasn't the case, I just need to understand how much to eat and that shit. Oh well, maybe I should try to find something to go to sleep to on the TV, since I bearly got any sleep tonight for some annoring reason. Way to perky.
Oh, yeah, by the way, I'm not able to do the Weight Watchers thing as a member, but I got my hand on some of their starter things so I'm doing this on my own, at home. Support and pointers are welcomed (;
