My favorite and super easy salmon

Okay, what you guy's need to know that the easiest fish to cook is salmon. Still according to me.
Defrost your salmon blocks (unless you use fresh).
Take one to two lime fruits.
And seasalt flakes. (Yes it does make a differens what salt you use).
Canola oil (approx. 1 teaspoon)

Heat up oil in the pan, at almost highest stove opption.
Put in the defrosted salmon when the pan is hot.
(NO salmonfluids from the defrosting packings).
Squeeze gently(or roll on the table) the lime to soften it up, cut in half and and squeeze over the salmon.
Then scatter salt over salmon.
When it's been approx. 2 minutes (til golden brown) in the pan, turn over. If you want you can repeat the lime and salt thing, but no need...

Done.

Serv with a nice sallad and boiled fresh potatoes.

American Breakfast Muffins

Here are two of my favorites. Sorry they are in mixed measures...

**Blueberry Muffins**
2 cups flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 3/4 cup milk, 1/2 cup butter melted, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, 1 beaten egg, 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Heat oven to 400 F. Grease muffin pan bottoms or use paper cups. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in large bowl. Stir in milk, butter, vanilla and egg. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Gently fold in berries. Divide into muffin pan, should make 12 muffins. Bake for 25-30 mins. Let cool for 5 mins.

OR
(I love)
Use the same ingredients as the blueberry once. Take away the blueberries, but add approx 1/2 - 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds and 1/2-1 decilitres chopped walnuts. To make make them better for you, choose whole weat or durum flour.

(But do remember that black sesame will get your bowels moving)

Enjoy taking care of yourself!
