Fight for your right

Just had the most uncomfortable encounter in a very, very long time. And for ever in professional salesmanship! He rang rang the doorbell, I answered. He told me what company he was from but not his name. He told me he needed to come in to my appartment. I told him I was uncomfortable with it so no. He got a bit upset and got a attitude, told me that in that case I couldn't get cheaper prices if he couldn't see my boxer. I still told him that I didn't want to let strangers in my appartment. He got "bitchy" and told me that in that case they wouldn't change my price rate. Then I told him okey, then thats the case, I dont want to let strange ppl in my appartment and they would just have to contact me in a nother way. THEN he thought it be a good idea to tell me about something called the VIP card that might "be better in my case". I told him to do that, but I wasn't about to let him in. I closed the door and locked it. He has no right to pressure me and treat me like that! So I filed a complaint to the company. I felt like I had to fight for not being treated in a way that made me scared! That just shouldn't happen, but I am gonna stand my ground if I get treated like that.
Tip to the guy : Less attitude. Let ppl know who you are. Show the opptions. Show the new price rate. Don't try to frighten people. I don't kow how it's done in your country, but that doesn't go here in Sweden - AGAINST POLICY!!!
